Accounts Receivables (Real Estate/Property)

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist to join their team in California. This role is focused on supporting the finance department during a long-term leave cover, beginning at the end of November. The position has the potential to transition from temporary to permanent based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Real Estate, property and Yardi experience is highly preferred, though not mandatory. The role involves managing accounts receivable processes efficiently to ensure smooth financial operations within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.
  • Familiarity with RE and Yardi systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Required Work Hours

The A/R Specialist will be required to work Monday through Friday, following a standard first-shift schedule.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range, with a minimum pay of $26 and a maximum pay of $28.
